Job Description

CK Group are recruiting for a Medical Affairs Reviewer to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 4 months. This role is fully remote.Salary:Hourly £31.00 to £58.00 per hour PAYE/UMBCompany:Our client is one of the largest bio-pharmaceutical companies operating in the UK. Medical Affairs Reviewer Role:
  • Provide specialist Code advice and review/examination services to the nominated internal team.
  • To review promotional and non-promotional materials in line with the requirements of the ABPI Code of Practice.
  • To acquire and maintain in-depth scientific knowledge of business medicines within nominated therapy area(s) .
  • Advise on marketing programmes, other promotional activities and medical education.
  • Advise on and reviewing materials for submission to health authorities eg. pre-vetting submissions to the MHRA .
Your Background:
  • Graduate in health-related science, medical or pharmacy degree. Higher degrees (eg Masters level, PhD or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
  • Significant pharmaceutical industry experience in medical affairs as a Code Reviewer.
  • In-depth knowledge of Code review and certification requirements gained through relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in reviewing digital assets eg. websites, apps etc.
  • Understanding of the typical commercial and medical activities in the UK pharmaceutical industry (eg promotion, medical education, external partnerships, advisory boards).
