Job Description

Job Title: Marketing ManagerLocation: TadworthPay rate: Up to £34.00 per hour Start date: ASAPFinish date: Approx Dec 2020Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm (Working from home on a Friday)Parking: YesWe are currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager to work for a well known Pharmaceutical company based in Surrey!KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop objectives, strategy and execution plans for your brand
  • Deliver of cut-through consumer communications across all touch points in collaboration with key agency partners, on time and on budget
  • Manage internal approval process of consumer facing communications in collaboration with regulatory
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams to design and implement innovative merchandising recommendations and POS materials
  • Lead the evaluation of all marketing activities and make recommendations for future plans
  • Lead analysis of brand in market performance providing recommendations for optimisations / corrective action where necessary
  • Manage brand marketing budget and give recommendations for optimisation where appropriate
  • Ensure, in collaboration with cross-functional teams, financial targets are delivered for your brand/s
  • Work with the Sales Teams to build and present account specific launch plans and sales forecasts
  • Attend retailer meetings to present brand strategy and plans when needed
  • SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • 3-5 years experience in OTC Brand Management role, with working experience of PAGB compliance processes
  • Track record of developing winning plans across the marketing mix and strong awareness of UK media landscape including digital and P
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to form collaborative relationships
  • Good communication and influencing skills
  • Good project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong competence in data analysis and insight development
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Operates to a good degree of autonomy
  • Solid understanding of the UK retail trade
  • Holds marketing qualification i.e. degree, CIM
  • Good working knowledge of AC Nielsen and Kantar data P&L literate
  • High level of IT literacy in Microsoft office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to coordinate complex and interrelated projects
  • Culturally flexible with strong interpersonal skills and excellent stakeholder engagement experience
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
