Job Description Morgan McKinley has an urgent temporary requirement for an experienced IT Finance Lead to start ASAP. The IT Finance Lead job role is to start ASAP and will be working on a temp basis initially up to 5 months. This is a hybrid working IT Finance Lead role andwill manage the Procurement and Financial Management for the IT Department. Location: Hybrid working, 2 days office based - Tadworth, Surrey Duration: Temp - up to 5 months Parking onsiteIT Finance Lead duties include:
  • Procurement of Purchase Orders, Invoicing, Contracts, Licence Management, Supplier Management & SLAs
  • Budget monitoring and reporting
  • Cost allocation, accruals and fixed assets, timesheets and overtime
  • Monthly IT Budget reviews, including generation of base data for input into the Annual Budget process
  • Produce accurate IT Accruals and Fixed Assets at year end
  • Day-to-day oversight on performance of Finance Administrator
  • Maintenance and organisation of IT documentation
Skills and experience required:
  • Proven Finance - IT Finance Lead experience working in a similar role
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent IT skills - advanced MS Excel
  • Budget/Financial Management
