CK Group are recruiting for a Compliance Associate to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Tadworth, Surrey on a contract basis for 6 months.Salary:Hourly £14.00 - £19.30 PAYECompany:Our client is one of the worlds premier innovative biopharmaceutical companies, discovering, developing and providing over 160 different medicines, vaccines and consumer healthcare products to help improve the lives of millions of people in the UK and aroundthe world every year.Location:Tadworth. This is the UK Commercial HQ. The site has over 320 acres with around 800 employees, who work across the biopharmaceutical and consumer businesses or in one of the business support functions (such as finance or HR). Managing the GCMA review and approval process including liaising with the relevant members of the UK review team. Manage process around Corporate Affairs obtaining all compliance, legal and medical approvals for UK Patient Advocacy Groups. Support above-market policy and public affairs teams in obtaining approvals for activities. Provide ad-hoc funding transactions and compliance support to other above-market teams in Corporate Affairs.Your Background: Knowledge or Ariba, GCMA and related processes (MAPP, Aravo, CEP). Strong communication skills and initiative; excellent organisational skills. The ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects. The ability to build relationships and work collaboratively and navigate a matrixed organisation. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365Apply:Entitlement to work in the UK is essential.
