Job Description

CK Group are recruiting for a Business Insights Manager to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Tadworth, Surrey on a contract basis for 12 months.Salary:Up to £33.00ph PAYE or up to £37.00ph via Umbrella company. This role is inside IR35Company:Our client is one of the worlds premier innovative biopharmaceutical companies, discovering, developing and providing over 160 different medicines, vaccines and consumer healthcare products to help improve the lives of millions of people in the UK and aroundthe world every year.Location:Tadworth. This is the UK Commercial HQ. The site has over 320 acres with around 800 employees, who work across the biopharmaceutical and consumer businesses or in one of the business support functions (such as finance or HR). The site also serves as a hub forsome of the company’s European business operations.Business Insights Manager Role:

  • Provide analytic support in the market and interfacing with country commercial teams.
  • Assist to frame, investigate, and answer key business questions and deliver the analytics and insights.
  • To include performance measurement, customer analytics, customer journey development, customer data mining and market research, as needed to uncover insights.
  • In partnership with country stakeholders, recommend, define and implement business analytics plans.
  • Support customer/omni-channel analysis and consultation to proactively provide deep insights.
  • Understand key healthcare systems, data sources, and ability to merge those data sources in a meaningful way.
Your Background:
  • Hold a relevant degree in a quantitative discipline (post grad preferably) or have equivalent working experience
  • Extensive experience in management of secondary data and familiarity with pharma applicable data is highly desired
  • Expertise in the field of customer/omni-channel analytics
  • Previous demonstrated experience of forecasting revenues
  • Experience with data visualization solutions (ex. Tableau) and other advanced analytic/data science solutions
