  • Make outbound calls to businesses from cold data and proactively introduce Global Payments products and services
  • Attempt to overcome any customer objectives to improve sales opportunities
  • Schedule future appointments for either Field or Telesales in sellers diaries
  • Live transfer calls to our Telesales team
  • Ensure that appointments meet both internal and external compliance measures
  • Consistently exceed Performance metrics to drive appointments and sales
  • Update and manage the CRM (Salesforce) to improve future customer contacts
  • Build strong working relationship and trust with both office and field-based sales team to work towards the common goal of overachieving on sales targets
About You
  • Proven cold-calling/telesales sales experience within a target driven environment
  • Self-drive and organisational skills are essential
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
  • PC Literacy with knowledge of MS Office Applications or Google and ideally Salesforce CRM
  • Proven track record in targeted environment
  • High energy and passion to deliver results
  • Outgoing, assertive, motivational and persuasive
  • Likes to be in control of their own earning potential and career progression
  • Good knowledge of G-suite and Salesforce are preferred but not essential
