The position of Junior Sous Chef is available at a 60 cover popular country pub which has a great reputation for offering its guests quality fresh food. The pub restaurant serves seasonal dishes, using fresh ingredient in an informal andrelaxed atmosphere and there is a function room that caters for parties, meetings and weddings. During the summer months there is additional seating outside for 300 covers so this is a fast paced kitchen and applicants must be able to cope with pressure.
