BTG Recruitment is excited to present a golden opportunity as an Interim Group Reporting Accountant for a 6month fixed-term contract for a thriving service-based business located in North Leicestershire.Responsibilities:As the Interim Group Reporting Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in the financial management of the organization. Your responsibilities will include:* Management Accounts Master: You will take the lead in preparing management accounts for one of the entities within the group. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless production of financial reports for the remaining nine companies.* The Guardian of Accuracy: Reviewing accounts will be one of your key responsibilities. Your eagle eye for detail will ensure accuracy and precision in financial data across the group.* Stakeholder Reporting Extraordinaire: Producing insightful reports for internal stakeholders will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in presenting financial information that supports key business decisions.* Business Partnering Dynamo: You will have the privilege of engaging with internal stakeholders, sitting down with them to understand their needs, and providing financial insights to drive business growth. Your role as a trusted advisor will be instrumentalin shaping the companys future.Requirements:To be considered for this exciting role, you should meet the following criteria:* Qualified Accountant: You must be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with a solid understanding of financial principles and reporting standards.* Excel Maestro: Strong Excel skills are essential for this role. You should be proficient in utilizing Excels advanced features to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting accuracy.* Month-End Maverick: You should possess experience in leading the month-end process, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.* Management Accountant Maven: Previous experience in producing management accounts is highly desirable.
