Job Description

Job Title; Hire / Store AssistantLocation; Leicester, LE7 East GoscoteSalary: £30,000paHours: Monday - Friday 8.30am-5pmPermanent positionFoxes Recruitment have a genuinely exciting opening for a Hire Assistant/ Storeman / Stores Assistant to work on a permanent basis for our client in East Gostcote LE7.We are looking for somebody who is wanting a long term career with a company, with full training given in other skill sets.In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Answering telephone calls from customers providing quotes
  • Monitoring stock within the factory
  • Dealing with suppliers
  • Answering general enquiries/dealing with incoming sales calls
  • Maintenance around the factory
  • Deliveries where needed
  • Assist in all related activities in customer technical support and take ownership and responsibility for solving customer issues
This is a very varied role and is ideal for somebody who wants to undertake different duties throughout the day.The company has a forklift on site and may be willing to train the right candidate help load and unload stock coming into the factory.A slight understanding of engineering would be ideal but not essential.Due to sometimes being responsible for dropping off deliveries you will need a full UK Driving licence for this role.The company are willing to invest in the right candidate, giving a great opportunity to learn and progress your career.Please apply online or call Foxes Recruitment office.
