Job Description

Executive AssistantSyston, Leicestershire£30,000 - £35,000p.a.

The Company:ER Recruitment are excited to be working with our client, a multi award-winning organisation who are looking for a highly competent Executive Assistant to join their growing team based in North East Leicestershire.Role & Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
  • Organising meetings for the Group Managing Director.
  • Diary management for all internal and external meetings as required.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation requirements for the Group Managing Director and other board members where required.
  • Regular administrative updates of outstanding activities and key dates, providing reminders where appropriate and delegating work away where practicable.
  • First point of contact for enquiries for the Group Managing Director including filtering emails and calls.
  • Champion customer service in receiving visitors, responding to incoming telephone calls and taking action as appropriate.
  • Handling correspondence, facilities management, events organisation and absence cover.
  • Take minutes of meetings.
  • Conducting research as required, as well as networking and managing relationships.
  • Filing and archiving.
  • Project work and ad-hoc tasks as required from time to time.
  • Liaising with the wider team regarding their requests for the Group Managing Director.
  • Any other matters, as required, from time to time.
About You as the Executive Assistant:
  • An experienced, Executive Assistant with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Able to push back positively, or constructively question tasks when further information is needed, something doesnt appear right, or do not understand the task at hand.
  • Have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels of people.
  • Anticipates potential changes to the diary and has problem solving skills to get the best use from the Group Manging Directors time.
  • Proven problem solving and decision making skills, with the ability to assume responsibility and follow through on tasks.
  • A team player but can work autonomously to get to the best outcomes.
