We are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Swansea. Due to the companys continued expansion, they have an exciting new opportunity for a System Support Co-ordinator to join their team. The role will be based within our Helpdesk Department, whichis the central communication and support hub for their clients and staff alike.Main duties and responsibilities: * Processing and responding to a variety of customer enquiries via the Company IT systems. * Gathering data from the Operational Team in order to prepare and issue monthly customer service reports to a range of clients. * Provide support, maintain and manage the companys IT Systems, such as Ezitracker, Zendesk, iAuditor, Adobe DC Pro, BT cloud, Word Press, Social Values Portal and the client portal. * Providing administration support to all departments and supply analytic data where necessary.Skills required: * Possess a methodical and flexible approach with the ability to prioritise a dynamic workflow. * Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office & associated applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, share point etc) in additional to adapt to dedicated industry software. * A good communicator, team player & have excellent interpersonal skills. * A proven background in a similar role * Previous experience of using Ezitracker, Zendesk, iAuditor, Adobe DC Pro, BT cloud. * Working knowledge of Word Press is desirable.Acorn Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment.
