Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to assist with the construction and new build project for an expanding, reputable construction organisation based in Swansea that specialises in building affordable social housing for potentialresidents.Requirements

  • Experience in housing projects of around 5 years, ideally with some experience dealing with local authorities and social housing works, but not essential.
  • Both internal & external finishes/ inc drainage supervisory experience working on housing projects open market or HA schemes.
  • To hold IT skill sets to work from Asta programmes that are in place, where he will be expected to monitor site progress.
  • Be able to have good communication skills with the work force and the client
  • Be able to draft reports for internal and client monthly reporting. Support can be offered with this if required.
  • Have the ability to work with procore our internal management system, coaching will be offered with the operation of this system.
  • Ability to call off incoming services, to carry out their installs on site.
  • Ability to monitor site materials call offs
  • Good H+S, Good housekeeping skills sets of their duties.
