Technical Engineer / Software & Controls (Days)Swansea 18083/534£40,000 + Excellent Benefits Package Working as a Control System specialist for this well established manufacturer, you will provide technical support to the Maintenance team on all Electrical, Software & Control systems on site. The business is stable, highly profitable and has a very strong order book with lucrative new projects confirmed to commence in 2022. Role & Responsibilities:*Working as part of a Technical Support team, you will provide specialist support for all Electrical and Software control systems on site. *You will act as a Control System specialist to manage and support all new and existing equipment and processes, providing expertise on everything from Electrical installations to energy saving projects. *You will work on a variety of PLCs, robots, pneumatic & hydraulic circuits, Profibus comms and process controls.*You will support the NPI teams on the development of new manufacturing lines and provide backup to the Maintenance team.Knowledge, Skills & Experience:*Apprenticeship / HNC level in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.*A Maintenance Engineering background with experience with PLCs, robots, process controls, electrical installations, testing and certification.Benefits Package: o£40,000 oExcellent benefitsSuitable candidates should apply immediately by calling on or by sending your CV to We regret that this client is not prepared to sponsor work permit or work permit transfer applications.
