Job Description

Joining the Contact Centre as a Hybrid/Home Working Team Manager, youll lead your team to be experts in our products anddestinations to recommend, design and sell holidays and extras to our customers. Responsibilities also include sound decision making and judgement to guide your team in escalationof customer queries to the appropriate team/person, compliance to company procedures & health andsafetydue-diligence.ABOUT YOU

  • Contact Centre and travel experience an advantage, flexible to work shifts across a 7 day working week

HOME WORKING REQUIREMENTS
  • If you were to be a Home working manager you will have a suitable space that allows you to work comfortably and away from general home activities
