If youve worked in schools before, are currently working with the care/support industry and want a change of paceor simply want to dive into a new career path with the prospect of progressionwe may have the perfect job for you!Teaching Personnel are currently looking for potential educators who can step in to working as a Teaching Assistant in a local Secondary School.What will I be doing
  • Working alongside the teacher to help carry out their lesson plans
  • Providing one to one assistance to pupils that are strugglingwhether that be due to a form of learning difficulties (like Dyslexia or ADHD), or pupils that struggle to keep up with the social aspect of school and need a different type of education tolearn
  • Providing as good quality standard of mentorship to any pupil you are placed in a one to one withby building a report and gaining their trust
  • Learning the inner workings of a school from the staffs perspective
