The following posts are available: Penrhiw (Morriston) - 1 x 5 hour post.Tirdeunaw (Treboeth) - 1 x 5 hour post.Ty Dewi Sant (Fforestfach) - 1 x 14 hour post.Llys Y Coed (Loughor) - 1 x 15 hour post.Sheltered complexes provide a number of self-contained flats and communal facilities for the over 60s. Sheltered Housing Cleaners usually work during the mornings after 08:30am. The post holder will work as a member of a team to provide a cleaning service for the communal areas and provide cover when required at other Sheltered Housing complexes across the City of Swansea.This will include cleaning all communal areas including corridors, stairs to each floor, lounge, bathroom and guest bedroom. The post holder will also be required to provide relevant assistance to the tenants living in the complex which include reporting and recording of repairs. Previous experience of working with light powered equipment and in a similar environment in a cleaning role is essential.
