An established domestic violence charity, who are committed to working in partnership to end domestic violence and abuse, is recruiting for a service development manager to launch new service.This service is aimed to support victims of sexual violence and abuse by delivering a high-quality service. You will support with the development stage of the service and implement actions required to develop a needs-led service. The vision is to work towardsa safe community free from domestic violence and sexual abuse.The successful post holder will be joining a fantastic organisation, that is dedicated to eliminating domestic violence and is driven to help vulnerable individuals and families in crisis situations.As the manager, you will support the development stage of the service and will directly supervise a team of staff members and facilitate their programmes.
