SERVICE ADVISORSalary of the Service Advisor / Service Receptionist / Fleet Administrator – £23,000pa plus bonus Working Hours of the Service Advisor / Service Receptionist / Fleet Administrator – Monday - Friday 8.00am – 5.30pm & alternate Saturday’s 8.00am – 1.00pmLocation of the Service Advisor / Service Receptionist / Fleet Administrator – SwanseaOur client requires an experienced Commercial VehicleService / Advisor Service Advisor / Service Receptionist / Fleet Administrator for their Depot.Responsibilities of a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist / Fleet Administrator·Writing orders for repair work·Monitoring the repair process and keeping all customers informed. ·Up selling after sales services ·Arrange schedules for MOT/Vehicle inspections·Ensuring workshop is working to 100% productivity by scheduling customer orders·Monitoring whether repairs are being carried out to the required delivery time·Provide advice on warranties and service requirements·Discussing and arranging payment with customersSkills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist / Fleet Administrator·Excellent communication skills·Second to none Customer Service skills·Enthusiasm and is hard working·Self-motivated and a team player·Previous Technical / Mechanical background would be a clear advantage·Motor trade experience is essential·Kerridge / ADP experience essentialPlease contact Danica Baker @ Auto Skills or send CV to Or call – (mobile friendly)
