Senior Social Work Practitioner£38,890 - £40,876 per annum. Post number: SS.69120Closing date: 11.59pm, 25 November 2021Candidates must have a Professional Social Work Professional Qualification and be registered with the Social Care Wales.Candidates musthave an Approved Mental Health Professional qualification and experience and will be required undertake the AMHP role and participate in AMHP rota.Candidates must have experience of working in a multi-agency/inter-disciplinary environment and knowledge ofthe functioning of the main agencies involved in this area of responsibilities.The post will involve working in a hospital and a community setting.
