Secured Loans Packaging SpecialistSalary: Up to £28,000 + Staff benefits + BonusesRemote working/HybridDuties Include:

Completion of Residential and Buy To Let second charge / secured loan mortgage processing.
Reading and interpretation of Credit reports
Researching and Instructing Valuations.
Keeping up to date with product and criteria.
Checking supporting documents within money laundering and financial crime guidelines.
An analytical approach to work.
Complying with company policies and procedures.
Managing workflows and day to day diary management.
Placement of cases with a suitable lender

Essential:

Ability to hit deadlines
Ability to use initiative.
Ability to hit work well in a team.
Experience in a mortgage or loan administration role or equivalent role within the industry

Desirable:

CeMap or Equivalent but not essential
Underwriting experience (preferably mortgage or loans underwriting - not necessarily mandated)

Reporting: The role will report directly to the Broker Support Manager.
