Med-Co (Europe) is a medical recruitment agency, established over 22 years and based in Swansea. Due to the pandemic, all roles now operate on a remote-working basis. Daily calls, video conferencing and collaborative working are key to effective operations.Med-Co has a small, tight-knit team that place fully-vetted GPs, Nurses and other Healthcare Professionals into HM Prisons, the MOD, Out of Hours and NHS assignments across the UK and abroad. Our clients are a mix of private companies, public sector bodies and neutral vendors, and their requirements are often highly-specialised.We are looking for a Recruiter to join our remote team on a permanent, part-time basis.The role of the Remote Recruiter is to work as an effective member of Med-Co to proactively develop their desk, whilst working towards the business and personal objectives, and delivering against our core values.The role is to be carried out remotely, from your own home or suitable location with a reliable internet connection. Face-to-face meetings may be held at the Company’s registered office in Swansea, or at a location convenient with all attendees (post-pandemic).You will be expected to work autonomously, with minimal supervision. However, you will be required to participate in frequent telephone and video calls with colleagues and customers. You must be comfortable making video calls.This is a part-time role, 16 hours per week. The majority of the hours will need to be completed within a Monday-Friday 1200-1700 schedule. It is likely there will be more hours available in 6-12 months.Salary: £20,000 per annum pro rataHoliday: 20 days plus Bank HolidaysBenefits: Company laptop and webcam, if required Required skills
