Job Description

Are you a proactive individual who has experience in a customer facing role Do you have a passion for speaking to new clients and building relationships Are you looking to work for a company where work-life balance is key Then I have the role for you,please keep reading!Reed Business Support are currently supporting a finance company in the Swansea area who are looking for a Receptionist to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. They are offering a great salary and benefits as the company continue to thrive and expandtheir client base. The role is hugely customer-focused, liaising a lot with customers and providing general administrative support to the directors, management and staff. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project-based work. Projecting a professionalcompany image through in-person and phone interaction is key.Your role will be:

  • Meet and greet clients and visitors, and prepare refreshments where required
  • Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member
  • Record and distribute incoming mail
  • Prepare and coordinate outgoing mail
  • Create and modify documents and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
  • Coordinate purchase of general office supplies.
  • Support staff in assigned project based work.
You will need:
  • A positive and professional approach to project company image when answering calls, as you will be the first point of contact
  • Experience with general administration in previous roles
  • Experience within a finance industry would be beneficial but not essential
  • As an individual, you will be personable and always pushing for team success and able to build strong working relationships
