Job Description

Maintain product Quality and improve processes and procedures. Support the organisation to meet customer expectations for products and services. Support Quality Manager to plan, organise, direct, improve and control, through Branch team, quality system,processes and compliances.Client DetailsMy client are a leading manufacturer within their sector with a growing order book. This makes it a great time period to join this business and further support their growth.DescriptionThe responsibilities for the candidate are-

  • Using advanced quality tools and methods, support Quality Manager to Implement, improve and monitor the companys management system to meet customer and LPAs requirements and expectations.
  • When involved in product launch, champion advanced quality planning process on developing customer programs by acting as internal and external customer liaison. Plan and prevent customer concerns using advanced quality planning concepts and methods (includingDFMEA, PFMEA etc.)
  • Assist Quality Manager and quality department to provide support to branch operations
  • Ensure Compliances of quality, regulatory, and customer requirements, such as IATF 16949, RoHS, IMDS, ISO/IEC 17025, etc.
  • Maintain/improve customer and supplier intimacy through customer visit/contact and create effectiveworking relations
ProfileThe successful candidate will have-
  • More than 2 years experience within an ISO9000, IATF16949 automotive manufacturing environment
  • Good planning, interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Problem solving skills are required.
  • Advanced tools such as Six Sigma, Shainin, Taguchi, DFSS, etc are highly desired.
  • Multi-tasking, strong advanced statistical technical skills are also highly desired.
  • Knowledge of VDA 6.3 Process audit
  • Knowledge of APQP, AIAG Core Tools, and GD&TProficient in MS Office
