Job Description

If you are looking to join an award-winning team and you hold the skills and experience listed below, then we would like to hear from you.Job DescriptionThe role of Property Manager is a key role within the lettings department. Our Property Managers ensure that the properties are ready for tenants and they deal with all tenant and landlord enquiries throughout the tenancy. The role involves;

  • Preparing properties for new tenancies, arranging certificates, maintenance, cleaning etc;
  • Preparing tenancy contracts and other legal documentation;
  • Arranging move in appointments and key collections;
  • Providing a seamless and professional service for our tenants and landlords while managing all of their tenancy and property related enquiries;
  • Managing the day to day maintenance and repairs at a portfolio of properties, by coordinating various contractors;
  • Managing tenant and landlord expectations, while coordinating repairs and maintenance in an efficient and professional manner;
  • Coordinating and conducting Tenancy Renewals and Rent Reviews;
  • Managing tenant check outs;
  • Reviewing Property check out reports and negotiating deductions from tenants deposits;
  • Coordinating Safety Certificate Renewals and ensuring properties are legally compliant;
  • General administration within a very busy office;
  • Dealing with new business effectively including walk ins, telephone and email enquiries;

  • You will be incredibly efficient, with the ability to work to deadlines and on multiple tasks at one time;
  • You are very well organised, with an eye for detail;
  • You will have strong negotiation and problem-solving skills;
  • Experience in property management/lettings is essential;
  • Experience in dealing with a range of clients/customers is essential;
  • Experience working in a busy office environment is essential;
  • You must be polite and professional;
  • You will be eager to go above and beyond with a genuine desire to offer excellent customer service;
  • You will be positive, with a ‘can do’ attitude;
  • You will be Computer Literate with an excellent knowledge of Office, excel and outlook; experience using one or all of the following software platforms would be advantageous- SME, Fixflo, MyTag, DPS
  • A clean and valid Driver’s License
  • Desirable QualificationsDiploma or Degree level education or any relevant qualifications in administration and/or customer services would assist in your application.Further InformationHolidays: 28 per annumPension: After three months with the companyMonday to Friday 9-5.30pm (alternate Saturdays 10-2.30pm with time off in lieu) 42.5 hours per week.
