Job Description

Position: Project ManagerLocation: SwanseaSalary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annumAn exciting opportunity has emerged for a skilled Client-Facing Project Manager to join our dynamic engineering team based in Swansea. My client is a leading company specialising in CNC machining, and they are seeking a talented individual to lead and manageprojects, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Leadership:
    • Oversee and manage CNC machining projects from initiation to completion.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Communication:
    • Effectively communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions to both internal teams and clients.
    • Conduct regular project meetings, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure the delivery of high-quality CNC machining projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
    • Implement and adhere to quality control measures.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Client-Facing Project Manager in an engineering environment, with a focus on engineering
  • Strong client management skills with the ability to understand and address client needs.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Adept at problem-solving and risk management.
