Job Description

We are seeking to recruit a Project Manager, who will share our passionand drive to make a real difference and to think outside of the box to meet the challenges of developing new homes in Wales.These are permanent positions for 37 hours per week based in Swansea. The salary is £51883How you will make a difference to peoples livesYou will:

  • Play a lead role in the achieving Pobls Ambitions and growth strategy with a particular focus on the efficient delivery of our programme of high-quality homes, sustainable homes and communities.
  • Work with our in-house team and external partners to continually develop the Groups housing products in terms of quality, affordability, design, specification, delivery and customer experience.
(Please refer to our Job Description for more information)Are you the right person for the role You will need to demonstrate:
  • Extensive project management experience in a development environment
  • Experience of delivering and managing multi-discipline teams on large or complex multi tenure projects.
  • Proven track record in project managing schemes within a commercial environment.
  • Confident and influential team player
  • Understanding of the RSL sector and knowledge around commercial issues associated with the development of new housing
  • Commitment to and experience of partnership working and the building of positive and productive working relationships.
  • Commitment to the delivery of high-quality products with a customer centred approach.
