Job Description

Product Owner // £45,000 // Swansea // Financial ServicesI am on the lookout for an experience Product Owner or an Agile Business Analyst, to work for an innovative Financial Services company based in the heart of SwanseaThe main objective of this roles is to provide data integration design leadership to support the development and maintenance of interfaces for data coming from external data providers, including commodity exchanges, ratings agencies, and market data providers.Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

  • Overall ownership for new and existing adapters.
  • Gathering integration requirements. Designing highly efficient and reliable solutions and align the necessary integration activities with the respective product management and development team members.
  • Being a primary contact person to our clients and data exchanges / platforms and supporting them during their implementation, maintenance, and operation of the adapters.
  • You will help to develop the methods, documentation, and tools to improve the data delivery.
  • Support manual and automated test development.
  • Applications are invited from candidates seeking to be based in Swansea, Berlin or Bangalore.
  • This is a permanent role. Flexible conditions including on-going remote work and part time hours can be negotiated for the right candidate.
THE CANDIDATEFor this exciting challenge, where full training will be provided when required, CubeLogic is looking for:
  • A degree in a technical or business field, including Business, Technology, Science, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Ideally, some experience in or knowledge of the field of Energy and Commodity Trading, Trade Surveillance or Regulatory Compliance.
  • 2-4 years experience in designing and delivering exchange / platform "big data" data integration solutions in multi & single tenant SaaS environments.
  • Fluency in English (German is a plus).
  • Working experience with Microsoft Office (Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), SharePoint and data management tools including Python and SQL.
  • Most importantly, a curious mind and hunger and eagerness to learn from market leading professionals in a global team.
