This opportunity offers not just the security that comes with being a long standing market leader in a high growth sector, but enjoying interesting, varied and technically engaging work in a company that has a strong development pipeline of next generation technologies, and the opportunity to develop your career at a critical South Wales location.This is what you’ll be doing The successful Process Engineer will work with Development and Production and as part of a team of skilled colleagues responsible for ensuring smooth NPI into production, developing and improving all production equipment and documentation and driving maximum productivity, quality and yield in a safe and highly motivated environment.You will be:Supporting the development of production equipment and lines, producing specification and sign off documentation and reviewing designs and processes with suppliersTransferring NPD projects into production, managing documentation including Standards, Intent, Requirements, Database, Validation; DFM, PFMEA, Process Flow Charts, Work InstructionsImplementing and investigating continuous improvement in existing production processesDeveloping Takt times, OEE, Manning and FeasibilitiesWorking with CI project teams and implementing changeCarrying out R&D of new processesWorking with Development, offering improvement ideas for manufacture and support with trial production runs.The experience you’ll bring to the teamPrevious experience in a Process Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer roleExperience producing relevant documentationHND or equivalent experience essentialAnd this is what you’ll get in return£30,000 - £35,000 depending on experienceAnnual Salary reviewCompany BonusOngoing professional developmentCareer development opportunitiesCompetitive holiday/pension packageAre you up to the challengeIf you feel you have the skills, experience and passion to be successful in this role apply now.*Please note, whilst we do our best to contact all candidates, due to the high number of applications we receive we cannot guarantee this for every role.
