Job Description

Servoca resourcing is a recruitment organisation that specialises in placing people in to temporary and permanent roles within the criminal justice system.We are currently seeking experienced Probation Officers on a temporary basis for initially 3 months, potentially longer subject to needs and funding.The role will be based within the community team in the offender management unit at the Kendall office, you will be working with offenders on license in the community.Your duties will be:

  • Carrying out risk assessments in order to protect the public for further offending
  • Managing a caseload of high risk and often complex service users
  • Liaising with outside agencies to create a plan to help rehabilitate offenders
