Do you have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with individuals who present with physical and learning disabilities Do you have a practical approach with the physical and mental stamina to cope with a daily active work routineWe are looking for a Physiotherapy Technical Instructor to join our Swansea Community Learning Disability Team supporting adults with a learning disability. The team comprises Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and Speech & Language Therapists.The post offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with individuals with a learning disability, their families/carers, partnership organisations and other professionals to maximise their abilities and minimise their disabilities to ensure their health and well being. You will be working alongside physiotherapists and undertaking delegated work from them.You will need to meet the, job description and person specification. A structured governance process is in place offering personal development reviews, audit, risk management and supervision.
