Job Description

PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOROur client is looking for an Payroll Administrator to join their team. Youll be working on behalf of our client and its customers. Providing a first class service with their team inSwansea, this role is based on a workingMonday Friday.Relevant COVID-19 precautions will be taken during the recruitment process for this role PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR DUTIES

  • Process all relevant documentation relating to new starts / terminations of employees.
  • Accurately input all additional employee payments onto Delphi Payroll System to include overtime, rota, Sunday payments, Statutory Sick Pay and any other necessary payroll adjustments.
  • Ensure employee entitlements are correct for annualised balances and holiday balances Undertake general administrative tasks and correspondence relating to payroll and personnel matters.
  • Advise employee/managers/third parties on payroll related issues as first point of contact for enquiries.
  • Assist as required with all routine administrative duties within Payroll and undertake additional duties as required.
  • Compliance with Government Legislation and Company policy at all times.
  • Ensure employees data protection rights and all information dealt with is treated in strict confidence.
  • Be familiar with H+S procedures and systems
PAYROLL ADMINISTRATORREQUIREMENTS
  • Entry level education: GCSE/Standard Grade
  • Administration and Excel experience, 1+years
  • Advanced skills within MS Office and Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong time management and the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Experience working within a fast paced environment
