My client is a legal 500 law firm with offices in Central Swansea and they’re seeking Contentious Probate Partner to work as part of their highly ranked Contentious private Client Team.The ideal candidate will already have a solid grounding in this practice area and have experienced of dealing with the Inheritance Act, contested wills, executor disputes and equitable interest claims.They have some exciting opportunities and are a growing team, and as such they have a variety of opportunities from Associate to Partner within the team.
