Job Description

The role will include account management across the UK & Europe, whilst keeping an eye out for new opportunities and potential clients. Up to 40% of sales are currently through digital channels, and growing, and as such experience with e-commerce would be highly desirable.Client DetailsSold in over 50 countries worldwide so far, this company has attracted multiple awards and accolades. They have ambitious plans to launch new products into multiple markets and are looking for new talent to join the sales team.DescriptionThe client is seeking to hire a digital-savvy Sales Manager, with both online and retail account experience, as well as managing distributors as they scale. Youll relish the idea of building and delivering ambitious sales goals, with the autonomy and accountability to create and land great plans. Youll be able to identify future consumer trends and market opportunities and implement these with your customers. An affinity and passion for great product innovation is a must and previous experience working within the outdoor sports, bike or motorcycle sectors would be an advantage.Profile* 3-5 years experience in consumer sales/account management* Proven ability to work cross-functionally* Experience managing accounts across multiple markets* Strong negotiator and ability to influence* Creative thinker and problem solver* Strong communication skills* Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends* Hands on, driven and highly motivated to create something great* You need to have a valid UK work permit to apply for this opportunity* An interest in the cycling, motorcycling or outdoor sports industry would be advantageousJob Offer
