Job Description

As the Marketplace Executive you are reposible for developing and growing the marketplace presence across Amazon EU and Amazon US as well as other channels, whilst managing the day to day activities across all marketplaces to maximise all sales opportunities and maintain high standards of content quality as well as channel health.Client DetailsMy client is a fast growing B2C organisation specialising in home fragrance, based close to Swansea and are looking My Marketplace Executive to join their growing team.DescriptionThe responsibilities of the Marketplace Executive based in Swansea will include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Oversees all aspects of the marketplaces, including reporting on marketplace performance
  • Daily management of product catalogue, ensuring consistency across all marketplaces
  • Cross functional working to ensure all channels are fully optimised and delivery of high quality brand content across all channels
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on business KPIs to identify growth opportunities
  • Responsible for generating and managing product reviews and monitoring ratings
  • Helps to create and deliver promotional marketing campaigns
  • Keeps up to date with industry updates, including new commercial opportunities from partners and social channels and presenting opportunities to line manager
  • Identifies areas of strength/opportunity based upon business analytics
  • Understands and continuously monitors brand and product performance, maximising the return on any brand and marketing investments in order to achieve targets
    • ProfileThe successful Marketplace Executive based in Swansea will posses the following skills and attributes:
  • 3 years experience focused on day-to-day Amazon marketplace management
  • Strong numerical skills
  • High proficiency in data analysis
  • Previous experience using Sellics and Helium 10 highly advantageous
  • Self-starter and proactive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated with a passion for achievement and the drive to make things happen
  • An effective communicator who can build trusting relationships internally/externally and influence multiple stakeholders
  • Analytical, meticulous to detail, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving
  • Ability to contribute within a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functionally
