Marketing Manager£30,000 - £35,000 + Company BenefitsSwansea, South WalesAre you a Marketing Manager with a strategic vision and focus on ROI looking to work with a large European company and progress into a senior group management roleOn offer is an opportunity to have complete control and strategic vison to execute an entire marketing strategy across a multitude of formats such as digital, press, social media, SEO, hard copy, advertising and web. Do you want to have complete autonomy and control of an entire process and measure you success through KPIs and ROIThis company are a specialist security company employ 60 people in South Wales. They are part of a much larger group with opportunities to progress, develop and enhance your career.This role would suit a Marketing Manager who has a diverse skill set looking to progress into a senior role.THE ROLE

  • Creates the plan from the overall company strategy based on priorities
  • Creates a schedule of events and executes the plan to ensure product is delivered in a timely, current and appropriate time for the market, within budget.
  • Organise photography and video as required on site.
  • Innovative solutions for all marketing material - through all mediums - hard copy, digital, web.
  • Measure and evaluate all activity with KPI and ROI.
  • Ensure sales goals are achieved by fully supporting strategy and marketing goals.
  • Develop website to ensure absolute best visual and technical information relevant to all markets.
  • Provides information by collecting, analysing and summarising data and trends.
  • Produce datasheets, technical literature and supporting documentation for sales.
  • Creation of e-shots and other electronic communications.
  • SEO activity, measures and KPIs.
  • Write press releases and case studies and create strong links to press - local and national and entry to awards.
  • Liaise with directories and other online links to ensure maximised content, linked where possible and distribution of case studies - measures ROI.
  • Create video content and work with videographer to deliver top quality video for various purposes.

  • Experience with sales performance - enquiry levels, click throughs, conversions, web visits, video creation and views, social media performance and press coverage.
