Job Description

An innovative business services organisation in Swansea are recruiting for a Management Accountant. International in their scope, the company has a range of corporate clients and has developed a reputation for excellence.The Management Accountant will work closely with multiple stakeholders across the business to become their trusted Finance Partner. You will drive various financial analysis and monitor performance to fuel future growth.Management Accountant duties

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts - full reconciliation of Profit and Loss and Balance sheet.
  • Perform analytical review of results versus budget/forecast with a view to ensuring cost efficiencies.
  • Monitoring of contract renewals whilst identifying lost revenues, risks and opportunities.
  • Full P&L Planning and Forecasting - covering sales, cost of sales and overhead forecasting.
  • Weekly sales dashboards, providing in-depth analysis and insights on the business performance review.
  • Review and reporting of cashflow forecasts.
  • Project profitability analysis and reporting with in-depth analysis of outputs vs budget.
  • Review of business cases for new business opportunities.
  • Develop and evolve KPI dashboards for performance measurement.

  • Qualified accountant (e.g. CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
  • IFRS practical experience.
  • Previous experience as a Management Accountant or Commercial Analyst.
  • Prior experience of detailed reporting across a number of areas.
  • Highly proficient in Excel.
  • Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders.
