Job Description

IntaPeople are working with a Swansea based Insurance client who require an experienced IT Asset Management analyst to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the companies IT assets.About the role

  • Responsible for supporting an enterprise-wide ITAM / Software & Hardware Asset Management function.
  • Provide administrative support to the HAM & SAM function such as Auditing asset receipting.
  • Manage Product Use Rights, license allowances, and contractual entitlements for software products and manufacturers.
  • Provide expertise in ensuring that software license contracts and agreements, software licenses and software installations and associated linkages are reflected correctly in the Software Asset Management toolset.
  • Strategic input into procurement strategies.
About you
  • Experience in managing Microsoft Enterprise Contracts and Microsoft Volume License Management portal.
  • Experience in managing licensing for key strategic vendors such as Oracle, VMWare, Microsoft, SAS, IBM.
  • Proven track record in providing audit defence remediation and negotiation.
  • Experience with Software Asset Management and Hardware Asset Management
  • Licensing Metrix experience
  • Relevant certification (ITIL / IAITAM / CSAME)
