Are you a talented and passionate IT Service and Operations Manager (Networks and Voice) Then we may have the role for you!Acorn is working with one of the largest multinational, most diverse conglomerates in the world with businesses in the UK that include some of the most successful and well known brands across the globe.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the service provided by our chosen Network Service Provider partners. The ideal candidate will oversee and be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the network and voice infrastructure,including all components - physical and associated service elements. You will work in strategic planning for medium and long-term timelines based on company objectives to keep it in line with new developments, whilst ensuring business continuity and continualservice improvement.Key duties:* You will Support and identify initiatives that improve total IT landscape cost base and quality.* Develop and implement standards, procedures, and processes for the IT network and ensure compliance.* Lead in resolving elevated and complex service complaints.* Direct network management strategies and lead contract requirements for new solutions.* Support validation, deployment, optimisation and operations of the IT network and voice services.* Act in a strategy setting role to the business working with colleagues and suppliers who are responsible for end user services, data centre services, and telecommunications services.Key technologies:* Experience with VPN, Cloud and Palo Alto, SD-WAN and general network topologies and protocols.* Experience with SIP, IPSEC, DCHP, and associated software and systems.Benefit from:* 35 days holidays per annum* Annual Pay Review* Annual Bonus Scheme - subject to business performance* Private Healthcare Scheme (Individual cover)* One of the UKs leading defined contribution pension schemes (10% employer contribution / 6% employee contribution)If you feel your experience would make you suitable for the role then please contact Dan Newton at Acorn Technology.Acorn Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment.
