Job Description

HR Advisor | Swansea | 12 month FTC | £26,000 - £30,000 + benefitsFind Online Recruitment Group are excited to be supporting an established and successful business based in Swansea, in the recruitment of an HR Advisor, to sit within an established and high performing HR team.The HR Advisor will support the HR Manager in delivering a commercially focused HR service to Line Managers and colleagues, with a specific focus on sickness and absence casework.Responsibilities | HR Advisor

  • Manage a caseload of sickness and absence cases
  • Identify absence triggers and manage effectively, liaising with occupational health where necessary
  • Ensure that consistent advice is delivered across the business in accordance with employment legislation and Occupational Health application
  • Update and maintain the HRIS
  • Support management teams with general employee relations advice where necessary, including coaching on best practice and procedure
  • Analyse and review absence reports, identify trends and deliver actions in collaboration with the HR Manager
  • Deliver training and coaching to management teams
  • Support payroll with data collation
  • Desired skills | HR Advisor
  • Level 5 CIPD qualification or similar
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Team Player with good Knowledge of employment legislation
  • Ability to build trust and work remotely with line managers
