Job Description

£23 000 to £24 500Lgw.335This is initially a 6 month fixed term contract. It’s a full time HR Administrator role which also offers flexibility for part-time working 3 or 4 days a week. You will join a friendly welcoming HR team and play a key role in providing HR support across a well respected, high profile organisation in Swansea.Reporting to the Head of HR, you will -

  • Check and issue contracts of employment ensuring all compliance, eligibility to work in the UK is in place
  • Monitor attendance with a specific focus on sickness absence
  • Advise and support line managers on absence
  • Assist with pension administration
  • Advise on HR queries, such as policies
  • Maintain HR documents and records
  • Manage HR correspondence such as contracts, regret letters and appointment confirmation
  • Ensure HR audits comply with policies and procedures
  • We are looking for a confident, proactive individual, with excellent communication skills who has -
  • Experience of providing HR support to managers
  • Strong HR administrative skills
  • Understands confidentiality in the workplace
  • Is well organised, enjoys working within a team environment and has the ability to prioritise their workload
  • Excellent IT skills, and a sound understanding of systems
