Job Description

HR Administrator Fixed Term Contract£25,000Lgw.359This 6 month fixed term contract is for a well respected, high profile organisation. Working from home initially, you will join a welcoming team known for their friendliness and will enjoy a key role in providing HR support to the organisation. When the HR team returns to the workplace in Swansea, a blended working pattern will be in place. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will:

  • Manage all aspects of recruitment admin
  • Check and issue contracts of employment ensuring all compliance, eligibility to work in the UK
  • Advise on HR queries, such as policies
  • Monitor and track attendance with a specific focus on sickness absence
  • Advise and support line managers on absence
  • Maintain HR documents and records
  • Manage HR correspondence such as contracts, regret letters and appointment confirmation
  • Ensure HR audits comply with policies and procedures
  • Assist with pension administration
  • We are looking for a confident, proactive individual, with excellent communication skills, someone who has:
  • Experience of providing HR support to managers
  • Strong HR administrative skills
  • Understands confidentiality in the workplace
  • Is well organised, enjoys working from home within a virtual team environment and has the ability to prioritise their workload
  • Excellent IT skills, comfortable with using Excel spreadsheets and has a sound understanding of systems
