Having been established since 2004, we have developed an extensive database of candidates& clients who you will be able to assist in their job searches across the UK. You will be responsible for many duties including:

  • Screening and profiling candidates.
  • Calling a portfolio of clients to win business.
  • Advert writing.
  • Guiding candidates through interview processes.
  • Supporting fee negotiations.
  • Work towards hitting daily, weekly & monthly KPIs.
Should you join us, you will have a great opportunity to earn uncapped commission & make upwards of £25k in your first year, up to £35k in your second year and £40k+ in your third year - you wont find that in many entry level roles!
