We are actively seeking an enthusiastic Foundation LawLecturer to become an integral part of our dynamic team in Swansea.As a Foundation Law Lecturer, you will develop and deliver engaging classes on foundational legal concepts, emphasizing interactive teaching methods and creating inclusive course materials. You will provide academic support through tutorials and workshops,design assessments, and handle academic administration tasks. This includes moderation, assessment marking, module and program reviews, and attendance monitoring. You will actively contribute to curriculum development, aligning with program outcomes and qualityassurance standards. Collaboration with colleagues, participation in student retention initiatives, and staying updated on advancements in legal education and teaching technologies through professional development are integral to your commitment.Hours of Work: The post is fixed term, flexible hours for two semesters, from January –August 2024Salary: £36.50 - £45 per teaching hour depending on experience (plus meeting rate and marking rate for examinations)Foundation Law Lecturer Requirements:
