Sadler Recruitment is working with a multi-national IT company, with a presence in Swansea, London and the US to recruit a qualified Financial Accountant. The Financial Accountant will be required to office-based 2 days a week (post-pandemic).The Financial Accountant will support the Financial Controller by preparing regular management reports, assisting with budget and forecasting and taking responsibility for revenue assurance and the sales order book.This role does not sit still! We need the Financial Accountant to help streamline and improve finance and business processes and help us achieve our growth plans. As this is a highly commercial role, this will offer someone great exposure to the Executive Team.Key Responsibilities*Preparation of monthly management accounts - full reconciliation of Profit and Loss and Balance sheet*Perform analytical review of results versus budget/forecast with a view to ensuring cost efficiencies*Responsible for Sales Order Book - ensuring correct revenue recognition and reporting*Monitoring of contract renewals whilst identifying lost revenues, risks and opportunities*Full P&L Planning and Forecasting - covering sales, cost of sales and overhead forecasting*Weekly sales dashboards, providing in-depth analysis and insights on the business performance reviewThe successful candidate will need to need to have the following:*Qualification in CIMA, ACCA or equivalent*IFRS practical experience (particularly IFRS 15)*Prior experience of detailed reporting across a number of areas (sales, operations, IT, etc.)*Highly proficient in Excel*Experience with Xero and Zoho is preferred but not essential*Experience building relationships with senior stakeholdersEmployer Benefits Include*37.5 hours per week*25 days + 8 BH annual leave*5 days unpaid per year taken be taken*Birthday leave*Pension*Life Assurance*Perkbox*Employee Wellbeing*Personal Development*Charity leave*Flexible WorkingFor immediate consideration please send your CV in today.
