Family Law Paralegal - Swansea We are now looking to recruit a Family Paralegal for our office in the centre of Swansea.The main responsibilities of the role will include:• Assisting with casework• Attending clients, taking instructions and preparing cases• Dealing with correspondence• Maintaining accurate time costing procedures• Implementing any recommendations made by your supervisor and ensuring that these are dealt with promptly• Ensuring compliance with file management. Key Skills Required:The successful candidate must demonstrate passion and at least 1-2 years’ experience in Matrimonial Family Law. Experience of Divorce and Financial Settlement cases is essential.• A strong academic background• Legal experience as a Family Paralegal• Clear understanding and application of Family Law• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and OutlookSalary:Competitive, depending on experience Required skills
