Role - Facilities ManagerLocation- Home based with site travel to South Wales & South West Region (Bristol office for meetings) Salary- £34,440 - £39,440 including car allowance Your role as a Facilities Manager:We are seeking a Roving Facilities Manager predominantly for a South Wales portfolio therefore we are keen to speak with candidates based near Cardiff or Swansea. You will be managing a portfolio of around 10 properties including commercial offices, industrial and retail. The role is home based with travel required for site visits and also to Bristol office when required for FM meetings. The successful candidate will have experience managing a multi-site portfolio and proven experience setting and managing service charge budgets.
