Job Description

Experienced Sales Valuer / NegotiatorSwansea / Sketty£19,500 - £21,000 P/A Basic Salary Plus Commission and access to company carThe CompanyMy client is a locally owned estate agency franchise with 3 offices across Swansea. They have an opening for an experienced sales negotiator / valuer at their Swansea / Sketty office. This is an excellent time to join my client as they have seen huge growthover the past few years and are looking for the right candidate who will help meet their current demand and play an important part in their future growth. Monday to Friday 09:00AM -05:00PM, plus alternate Saturdays (Time off in lieu) You may be required towork in either the Sketty or Swansea Marina office when required.The role will involve:

  • Carrying out sales valuations, and winning business
  • Generating new business through effective monitoring of the local market and prospecting
  • Working as part of a motivated team
  • Taking property photographs, and producing property particulars and creative marketing
  • Dealing with buyer leads, carrying out viewings and negotiating offers to secure sales
  • Progressing sales from offer through to completion
  • Providing a valuable service to our clients
  • Working to increase market share for the business
RequirementsThe successful applicant will have the following experience and attributes:
  • Has direct sales / valuer experience but is now looking for a new opportunity to grow
  • A fantastic phone manner
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills
  • Experience of working in a busy, customer facing office environment
  • The ability to deal with a wide range of people and personalities
  • An eye for detail
  • An excellent knowledge of the Swansea area
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • A positive outlook, a can-do attitude
  • The ability to prioritise workloads effectively
  • A team player who works for both individual and team objectives
