Event Manager - Swansea (Hybrid)TSR are currently working with a global provider of cyber security training who are now seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join their team as an Event Manager in Swansea, with the opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity. As an Event Manager,you will have the chance to take complete ownership of live and hybrid public training events, from venue sourcing to on-site event execution and beyond.As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for locating suitable venues, reviewing contract details, planning courseware logistics, monitoring class capacities, and liaising with training instructors and contracted venues. You will also be responsible fororganising evening instructor meals and delegate drinks evenings, as well as managing the overall event quality and success.To be successful in this role, you should ideally have 2-5 years of experience in event/venue management or planning, with a passion for excellent quality and customer satisfaction. You should be organised, disciplined, and have a positive can do attitude,with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
