Job Description

Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Manufacturing / 3-Shift) £33,000 - £37,000 (OTE £40,000 - £45,000) + Training + Progression + Overtime + Shifts + Company BenefitsSwanseaAre you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer from a Manufacturing / FMCG / Industrial background, looking for a varied role working a 3-shift pattern within a specialist manufacturer undergoing rapid growth where you can boost your earnings through overtime andcallouts, and undertake quick progression into a supervisor roleThe company was established over 40 years ago and is a leading manufacturer and supplier of plain and printed flexible films. They work across Extrusion, Print, Lamination, Origination and Conversion and have a clear vision to become the UK leader in theirsector.This varied role will see you working within the tight-knit maintenance team as you undertake a range of PPM and reactive maintenance on production and packaging equipment. Further to this you will read and work from electrical drawings and fault find downto a component level in addition to liaising with other departments and undertaking some autonomous work. This is a role working a 3-shift pattern with a 1 in 3 weekends call out rota.This role would suit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for an exciting and varied shift based role within a specialist manufacturer who provide overtime to boost your earnings and progression to senior roles.The Role:

  • Electrical repairs and fault finding on production machinery
  • Split between planned and reactive maintenance
  • Some basic mechanical work
  • Work within tight-knit maintenance team and liaise with other departments.
  • 3-Shift pattern, 1 in 3 weekend call out rota
The Person:
  • Electrical Maintenance Engineer or similar
  • Manufacturing / FMCG / Industrial background
  • Commutable to Swansea
