Job Description

    • Yolk are working with a leader in the field of financial trading companies. Unlike other trading companies, our client are continually innovating new product development to support and evolve their business.They require a highly organized and proactive person, able to work against tight deadlines with outstanding prioritization skills. The right candidate will be a problem solver with excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, participants and external stakeholders.Reporting to the Information Security Manager youll be responsible for GDPR compliance including maintaining data management frameworks and ongoing data security assurance as part of the Information Security Team.Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring appropriate governance, policies and procedures.
  • Proactive using a risk management framework and risk register procedures.
  • Leading detailed gap analysis addressing data security, retention and privacy risks.
  • Reviewing and maintaining the Data Protection Policy.
  • Participating in the organisation of the wider Information Security training awareness and delivery of specialist privacy training.
  • Acting as DPO dealing with all data privacy and compliance queries.
  • Executing compliance monitoring and auditing activities.
  • Reviewing and impacting assess policies and procedures in relation to GDPR/DPA and PECR.
    • Experience Requirement:
  • Creation and maintenance of ROPA.
  • Conducting DPIA assessments.
  • Demonstrate solid knowledge of GDPR and national data protection laws
  • Familiarity with computer security systems.
  • Knowledge of data processing operations in the companys sector (Desirable).
  • Experience using OneTrust, (Desirable).
